So that our wonderful island and its nature continue to offer future generations a beautiful place to live and enjoy, every effort is worthwhile. For us, this begins with small things, such as our own herb garden. After all, it is often precisely these little things that bring us joy and for which we are grateful. Appreciating our fresh, regional products is especially important to us.

We see this as a gift—one we want to share with you through the creation of first-class dishes. Enjoyment with all the senses and sustainability are, for us as passionate hosts, an inseparable unit. Personal contact with the producers we trust, who love their products just as much as we do, is especially close to our hearts.
